The customer service throughout my stay blew us all away. Personalized messages making sure it was ok, suggesting things to do, extra hot choccy for the kids. Whitianga is my favourite holiday destination and I know where I'll be staying every time!

Great customer service

The motel was very good. Parking was just by the door. Ross and Sue were amazing. Both came to say hey and offered for help in anything if needed. Told us about the place and made us feel at home. I traveled for a short vacation with my boys. Glad I booked with them: would definitely stay there next. Unit had everything needed and very spacious.

Great location to the beach and restaurants. The owners were very accommodating and welcoming. Proactive and friendly communications. The room was really tidy and clean. It's also got a nice comfy kitchen. Would definitely stay if needed in the future.
